A Nigerian man took a big step as he married his girlfriend based in the United States through a video call in a clip recently made available online.
In the said video captioned ‘Nigerian man gets married to his US girlfriend online,’ the man’s face was shown as he sat facing the TV with some men believed to be his groomsmen standing beside him.
The bride, wearing a casual red dress, could be seen clapping in excitement as she celebrated their wedding online.
At the same time, a woman’s voice, believed to be officiating their marriage, was also audible saying, ‘I now pronounce you husband and wife,‘ a statement which generated applause and laughter from the couple.
Meanwhile, many social media users have taken to the comment page to react after seeing the video.
