DSS Arrests Ladi Adebutu Following Incident Involving Illegal Policemen
The Department of State Services (DSS) in Ogun State has apprehended Ladi Adebutu following an incident that occurred during Saturday’s local government area (LGA) elections. Reports indicate that illegal mobile policemen from Mopol 46 in Lagos opened fire on the Vice Chairmanship candidate.
According to a reliable source, these unauthorized policemen were traced to Adebutu’s residence, where they engaged in a confrontation with DSS and police officers acting under the orders of the Inspector General of Police (IGP) and the Ogun State Commissioner of Police (CP).
During the operation, one officer was arrested while several others managed to escape.
