BREAKING: APP Withdraws Petition Against Tinubu
In a new twist of events, the Action People’s Party , APP, has withdrawn its petition challenging the victory of President-elect, Bola Tinubu in the Feb 25th polls.
Counsel for the party, Obed Agu, made this known during Wednesday’s proceedings.
In the brief ruling, Justice Tsammani, who is the presiding judge of the Presidential Election Petition Court, dismissed the suit.
