The ligations challenging the candidacy of Col. Kefas Agbu (rtd) as the Peoples Democratic Party governorship candidate in Taraba State, have been squashed by the Supreme Court on Friday.

The Federal High Court sitting in Jalingo had in September dismissed his case against Kefas for lacking in merit.
The Appeal Court in Yola had in November dismissed the case, describing it as an internal affair of the party.
