Senator Iyiola Omisore, the National Secretary of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC), has arrived at the national secretariat of the party for the National Working Committee (NWC) meeting scheduled for 12 noon.
Omisore arrived at the secretariat at exactly 11:20 a.m.
However, party sources said the embattled National Chairman of the party, Senator Abdullahi Adamu, will not preside over the NWC meeting today.
The resignation of both Adamu and Omisore is expected to be announced at the NWC meeting.
