Jigawa Declares Thursday Work Free Day : Eid-Maulud
In order to celebrate the birth of the Holy Prophet Muhammad, S.A.W., the Jigawa State Government declared Thursday, September 28, 2023 to be a work free day.
This was contained in a statement signed by the State Head of the Civil Service, Alhaji Muhammad K. Dagaceri, made available to Pmnews.ng by the Public Relations Officer, Office of the Head of the Civil Service, Ismaila Ibrahim Dutse.
He called on State workers to take advantage of this time and seek Allah’s protection and guidance for leaders, as well as peace and development in the whole country.
The Federal Government on Wednesday 27 September in observance of this year’s Islamic Eidul Jihad announced that it would be a public holiday.
