A Nigerian lawyer and podcast host, Motolani Olusegun Alake, has advised men to marry only rich women.
The music executive, who gave the advice on Wednesday, said any Nigerian man who marries for love is a victim of his own stupidity and ego.
“Any Nigerian man who marries for love is a victim of his own stupidity and ego/insecurity. Marry right. Your generations need it. Reengineer yourself to only love, and be attracted to well-to-do women – even if just for sex. Be allergic to women who can’t match up,” he wrote.
