Supreme Court Declares Bala Mohammed As Duly Elected Governor Of Bauchi State
The Supreme Court has re-affirmed Bala Abdulkadir Mohammed (PDP) as duly elected and returned as Governor of Bauchi State in the 18th March Governorship poll.
The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) declared Mohammed winner with 525280 votes against All Progressives Congress (APC)’s Sadique Abubakar who scored 432272 votes.
The tribunal and Appeal Court had earlier upheld Mohammed as Governor.
