“You’re not my dad and you can’t tell me what to do” — Lady warns boyfriend who advised against going for a party
Nigerian lady cause buzz on social media after warning her boyfriend thoroughly following his instruction to not attend a party.
The young man had shared a screenshot of their messages on the Twitter with his account, @Ayoobamiii, where he expressed his frustration over the relationship.
According to him, his girlfriend had informed him about her intention to attend a party the next day with a group of her friends.
However, what worried him was a particular friend and the fact that she didn’t personally know the celebrant.
After back and forth where she pleaded to go and he remained unbending and refused, she claimed she wasn’t asking for permission.
She also added that he was not her father and he had no right to control her movements.
