ONDO STATE HAS CLEARED SALARY ARREARS.
I wrongly stated that Ondo was still owing salaries on ChannelsTV this morning. That is old information.
Governor Aiyedatiwa informed me this morning that he cleared the remaining one month and is even paying the extra N35,000 top up to civil servants as directed.
Late Governor Akeredolu cleared the 5 out of 6 months arrears left by Former Governor Mimiko.
Ondo has done the right thing and I have confidence in Gov Aiyedatiwa. Other governors should take a cue if they are still.owing salaries, pensions and gratuities. Now is the time to pay off and ensure our people have money for survival.
