“The job requires humility” – Boss fires employee for beating him in a Ludo game
A Nigerian employer sparks reactions as he fires his employee after the said employee defeated him in a ludo game.
This is contained in a video captioned: “You played a Ludo game with your boss and you won.”
In the said video, the employee, a Nigerian lady, shared the video showing her face while revealing that she played a Ludo game with her boss, who is her employer, and won the said game.
Thereafter, she shared a conversation she had with her boss on WhatsApp, a conversation which shows the tests her boss sent her.
The boss’s message reads, “The job requires humility, and you’re very proud. I’m sorry to say, but you’re not the right fit for the job. Fired.”
