The apprentice, a mature lady is apparently learning hairdressing from the boss and unfortunately showed up to work late.
In a bid to discipline her and stop her from repeating the act, her employer asked her to kneel.
She was captured kneeling in a very uncomfortable position while passerbys watched, with her daughter beside her.
