A Nigerian woman has proposed that people with AS and SS genotype should not be allowed to live so as to protect the “superior” AA genes.
She made the outrageous statement on X while reacting to another X user who said it is greedy for a person who has AA genotype to marry another person with AA genotype.
The initial poster wrote: “If you are AA and you have plans to marry another AA, it shall not be well with you.”
Another X user replied: “My proposal is that people with genotypes AS and SS shouldn’t be allowed to live because they are a cancer to the society…through this eradication process, we AAs get to keep the pure and superior genes going.”
Some X users told her her tweet is “insensitive” but she responded, “But you see the vision, right?”
