Man calls out his sister’s husband for ‘abusing’ her all through their 15-year marriage as he shares injury he allegedly inflicted on her head with pestle

A man has called on Nigerians to help his sister who he says is in an abusive marriage.

The man alleged that his sister’s husband broke her head with a pestle on Wednesday,  July 3.

He shared photos showing his sister, a mother-of-five bleeding heavily from the head.

He added that his sister began suffering abuse from her husband within the first month of their marriage but his family has been managing it because of their “conservative background”.

This angered Nigerians and they slammed him and his family for watching his sister suffer abuse for years because of their conservative views.

The Lagos State Domestic and Sexual Violence Agency is now involved in the matter.
