Shaibu Remains The Deputy Governor – Appeal Court
Court of Appeal, Abuja Division has dismissed an appeal brought before it by the Edo State House of Assembly in the impeachment Case against Comrade Philip Shaibu
Shaibu remains the Deputy Governor according to the Appeal Court.
The Court of Appeal reiterated that Shaibu remains the Deputy Governor and warned any other person parading himself either by himself, privys or serva*nts to stop or face the legal consequences
