Dapo Abiodun Suspends All Market Levies Except Development And Sanitation
The Ogun state governor has suspended all levies paid in all markets of Ogun state except for development and sanitation levies.
He has also gotten the committment of transport unions not to increase transportation fares without reason. This will help to reduce the prices of food and other items in the markets and also ensure transportation doesn’t increase.

JUST IN🚨: Governor Dapo Abiodun has suspended ALL market levies except development and sanitation fees in markets across Ogun State, in order to ease the financial pressure on traders in Ogun State in these peculiar times.
The Governor made the announcement during a meeting moments ago with market leaders, led by the Iyaloja General, Chief (Mrs.) Yemisi Abass.
This is coming some days after government met with transport unions and got their commitments to not arbitrarily increase any levies that will make transporters increase Tfare.
Ogun State government is doing their part in trying to ameliorate the harshness. What about others?
