Drama as wife confronts husband for stealing her money to gamble
A Nigerian wife engaged in a heated argument with her husband after he stole her money and used it to place a bet on Chelsea, resulting in a total loss.
According to the post, the argument erupted when the husband misappropriated the wife’s money to bet on Chelsea winning, alongside a wager on Aston Villa beating Manchester United.
The accompanying text reads: “The guy took the girl’s last card to play Chelsea to win and over 2.5 goals, Aston Villa to win Manchester United with over 1.5. We’ve been trying to settle this matter since Sunday.”
The original poster provided further context, noting that the husband had been frequently denied food by his wife.
In retaliation, he decided to steal her money and place a bet, hoping to win enough to buy food for himself. “The girl is the one looking for trouble. If the guy buys food, she will eat alone. That’s why he used her last card to bet, to see if he could win money for another meal,” he explained.
