The influencer posted the exchange on X (formerly Twitter), highlighting the desperate plea from a man seeking connections to potential buyers.
The follower’s message read: “Good morning. I know you are an influencer, so you probably have connections. Please, I want to sell one of my kidneys. I don’t know if you can help me find someone interested. I would really appreciate your assistance.”
In response, the influencer said he reached out to the individual, encouraging him to maintain hope and share his situation.
He commented, “I have replied to him to keep faith and share what’s going on with him. I’m still waiting for his reply.”
