Doctor drags pregnant woman to court during labor, demands C-section against her will
A doctor has sparked outrage online by allegedly taking a heavily pregnant woman to court during labor, forcing her to undergo a C-section against her will.
The story came to light through a TikTok post by the woman herself, where she shared details of her experience.
According to her, while she was in active labor, the doctor obtained a court order for a C-section, despite her refusal.
In the video caption, she wrote, “The doctor takes you to court while in labor to give you a C-section against your will.”
She went on to elaborate: “Imagine arriving at the hospital in labor, only for the doctors to take you to COURT while in active labor, trying to obtain an order for a NON-EMERGENCY C-section against your WILL! This was just part of the terrifying ordeal I faced a few weeks ago at UF Health Downtown in Jacksonville.”
