Lady reveals friend’s abusive boyfriend hits her 20 times daily, enforces video surveillance
A Nigerian lady revealed that her friend is currently in a relationship with a man, her boyfriend who beats her at least 20 times a day, and whenever she’s out, she must stay on a video call with him until she returns.
This revelation came in a lengthy statement she shared on her page via the popular social media platform X, formerly known as Twitter
In the post, the Nigerian lady mentioned that on several occasions, she has advised her friend to leave the man and find someone else.
However, her friend’s excuse has always been that no one would marry her if she did.
Her statement read: “my friend has been in a relationship with this guy who beats her up, he literally stopped her from hanging out with us . If he lets her go out they’ll be on video call till she leaves, if the call ends he’d break up with her.He has diminished her self worth to the point that.”
“She says that “if I leave him who will date me” we’ve told her otherwise too many times . Fast forward to at least 20 beatings later today, he has been beating her since in the afternoon , she managed to share her live location to my other friend who is closer to her on getting there.”
