Nigerian woman marries Caucasian man she met online “by accident” when she used VPN to escape former President Muhammadu Buhari’s Twitter ban years ago
A Nigerian woman is getting married to a white man she met “by accident”.
She explained that when former Nigerian President Muhammadu Buhari banned Twitter, she had to use VPN to change her location online so it appears she’s in a different location and this allowed her to access Twitter online.
It was during this period that she met her man.
Recall that Twitter was blocked in Nigeria from 5 June 2021 to 13 January 2022.
