Woman holding contribution money allegedly struck by stroke, loses ability to speak or hold a pen
A Nigerian man has stunned many after sharing a story on social media about a woman who was allegedly struck by a stroke while holding contribution money, losing the ability to speak or hold a pen.
The man, in a post shared on the popular platform X (formerly Twitter), revealed that a person he knows, who was in charge of collecting the money, suffered a stroke and became unable to communicate or manage the funds.
He wrote, “One reason why I don’t participate in contributions: The one I know on my street, the person holding the money was struck by a stroke and couldn’t talk. No one could ask her for money until she passed away.”
According to the man, until the woman’s death, no one was able to request the contribution money due to her condition.
