Indrive driver allegedly drives lady to police station for refusing to pay extra ₦5k on ₦6k fare
A Nigerian lady has taken to social media to rant after an InDrive driver allegedly drove her to a police station for refusing to add ₦5,000 to the ₦6,000 fare charged by the app.
In a post shared on X (formerly Twitter), she explained that she booked a ride from Molete to Apete, with the app setting the fare at ₦6,000.
However, the driver reportedly demanded an additional ₦5,000.
According to her, when she refused to comply, the driver took her to a police station.
While the video she shared did not show any police station, her caption claimed she was forcefully taken there.
As the post gained traction online, netizens flooded the comment section to share their opinions on the incident.
