Nigerian Immigration officer dies in auto crash four days after his wedding
A Nigerian Immigration Service (NIS) officer, Angbashimu Gideon Yusuf, has died in an auto crash four days after his wedding.
Gideon and his wife, Jummai Blessing Sunday got married on March 8, 2025, in Lafia, Nasarawa State.
It was gathered that Gideon died in the motor accident which occurred on Wednesday, March 12.
Family members, colleagues and friends have taken to Facebook to mourn him.
“Very unfortunate, Rest in peace uncle Gideon Yusuf omo dada. Just 4 days after your wedding,” one Blessing Ashe wrote.
Uncle Gideon Yusuf Omo Dada my Love, I’m heartbroken. Kaiii. All my last week stress was in vain. Who did u leave auntie jummai for???? Wedded last Saturday and death took you this evening,” Ann Andrew wrote.
