What a shame he couldn’t do anything about the state of healthcare in Nigeria – Dr. Kandibe reacts to Buhari’s death in UK hospital
Dr. Kandibe, the younger sister of Hollywood actor Chiwetel Ejiofor, has reacted to the d3ath of former President, Muhammadu Buhari, in a hospital in the United Kingdom.
In a post on her Instagram story on Monday, July 14, Kandibe said the late ex-President’s decision to seek care abroad sends the wrong message about the state of healthcare in Nigeria.
“Served as Nigerian president for 8 years! D!ed in a UK hospital. What a shame he couldn’t do anything for the state of healthcare in Nigeria…even he carried himself abroad to treat himself. What a message,” the mother of three wrote.
“Patiently waiting for a president that will build systems in Nigeria, that they are proud of will patronage.”
