Release the sexual harassment evidence against Akpabio. what is she still waiting for?- Deji Adeyanju tells Senator Natasha
Lawyer/activist, Deji Adeyanju, has asked when is the appropriate time for suspended Senator Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan to post the evidence of sexual harassment she has against Senate President, Godswill Akpabio.
Recall that Senator Natasha had in an interview with Arise TV accused Akpabio of making sexual advances towards her and making it difficult for her to carry out her legislative duties. The allegation was preceded by Akpoti-Uduaghan’s outburst against Akpabio over the seating arrangement at the senate chamber.
She was suspended on March 6 over the seat reallocation altercation for six months.
On Tuesday, she went to the legislative complex to resume duties after an Abuja court said that her suspension was excessive and should be recalled.
Her attempt to resume was however rebuffed as she was denied entry into the complex.
In a post shared on X this morning, Adeyanju opined that it is the time Senator Natasha released the evidence of sexual harassment against Akpabio.
