Heartbroken man discovers wife has been extorting him through daughter’s school fees; collected ₦480K paid only ₦145K
A Nigerian father has gone viral after alleging in an emotional video that he discovered that his wife inflated their daughter’s school fees, collecting nearly half a million naira from him while paying far less.
According to the man, his wife had earlier told him their daughter’s school fees amounted to ₦480,000, money he willingly provided, believing she wanted the best education for their child.
However, his world was turned upside down when he personally visited the school and was told the actual fees were just ₦145,000.
In his words:
“Please men don’t allow your wife to register your child in school. My wife collected ₦480,000 but she paid ₦145,000. I only discovered when I went to pick up my daughter and asked about assignments. I was shocked when they told me their school fees is ₦145,000. That’s why I had to go alone, because Mama Aria didn’t want me to know.”
