Photos of Nigerian women who have been best friends for over 65 years
A Nigerian lecturer, Hadiza Kere, has shared photos of her mother, Hajiya Amina Kere Ahmed Née Shuaibu, with her best friend of over 65 years, and Hajiya Zainab Muktar Bello Née Bahago.
Hadiza, who shared the photos on October 1, said the duo met in secondary school in Ilorin, Kwara State.
“My mum & her bestie have over 65 years & counting alhamdulillah. We the children consider ourselves cousins lol. They met at Queen Elizabeth School in Ilorin. Hajiya Amina Kere Ahmed Née Shuaibu and Hajiya Zainab Muktar Bello Née Bahago. Ya Allah be pleased with our parents,” she wrote.
