Police Withdraw Operatives With Ebonyi APGA Gov Candidate

The Police on Monday declared Odoh wanted over the murder of the traditional ruler of Umuezeokaha community, Ezza North local government area, HRH Igboke Ewa.

Police authorities in Ebonyi have withdrawn operatives attached to the governorship candidate of All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) Bernard Odoh, about 72 hours to Saturday’s Governorship and Houses of Assembly elections.

The Police on Monday declared Odoh wanted over the murder of the traditional ruler of Umuezeokaha community, Ezza North local government area, HRH Igboke Ewa.

The Police Command withdrew Odoh’s security details on Tuesday night.

Odoh raised the alarm over the withdrawal, saying his life was in danger.

The development came barely 24 hours after the Police declared him and nine others wanted over the killing of the monarch.

He alleged the Police in connivance with the State Government have been plotting to put him out of circulation.
